I had a small issue with my order and thought it was going to take forever to sort out. I emailed Vitaly Design and they got back to me quickly. They explained what happened and just handled it without making it a big deal. Really happy with the way they dealt with it, and I’d definitely order from them again

I got my order from vitalydesign.com and most of it was right, but one item wasn’t exactly what I picked. The sizing was fine and delivery wasn’t a problem, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it still annoyed me. I guess I feel kind of stupid for trusting that they’d get the order completely right. Customer service did respond, but it took a little while. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but I definitely expected better accuracy.

"Refund was quick"
I ended up having to cancel my order and asked for a refund, which I was kind of expecting to be a whole thing. But it got sorted quicker than I thought, and the money was back in my account after a few days. The support reply wasn’t super clear at first, or maybe I just read it weird, but either way it worked out fine. Not a bad experience overall

I really like the look of the site. It’s clean, easy on the eyes, and the colors actually work well together. "A little different than I expected"
I ordered this because the product page seemed clear, so I felt like I knew what I was getting. When it arrived, though, it didn’t quite match what I had in mind. The size and finish felt a bit different from the description, which was a little disappointing. It’s not unusable or anything, and maybe I just expected too much, but for the price I was hoping it would feel closer to what was shown.

"Looks cooler than it feels"
I got a ring from Vitaly and, to be fair, it does look cool, they definitely nailed the whole stylish-from-a-distance thing. Unfortunately, wearing it is another story. After a few hours, the edges start to feel kind of sharp and it rubs against my finger more than I’d like. The sizing also felt a bit off, which didn’t help. It’s not the worst ring I’ve ever worn, but I don’t really reach for it much because it gets annoying fast

I had to return something from Vitaly Design, which I was kind of bummed about because I really wanted it to work out. But the return process itself was painless. I filled out the return info, got the label, and sent it back without any hassle. The refund came through once they received the package, and I didn’t have to follow up or chase anyone down. Support was friendly too and answered my question quickly. I still regret having to send it back, but overall it was a good experience...

I ended up having to use the warranty on a bracelet that started looking worn way sooner than I expected. Support did get back to me, but it took a few days, and I had to send more photos than I thought would be necessary. The most annoying part was that it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to own the issue or move things along, so I felt like I was just waiting around for someone to take charge. They did eventually sort it out, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but it was definitely slower and more unclear than it needed to be.
