"Adjustable Products / Ecstasy Lip ring"
Ordered from here multiple times. My first bad experience with the product. I recently ordered their double lip ring Ecstasy. The bigger piece broke after adjusting to fit the bottom lip. Their is no attention mechanism, both pieces are just a whole piece of their own. The material will wear and break after so many adjustments to sizings / trying to size for perfect fit. Haven't had a problem with Pendants and Ear pieces, but anything they produce and advertise as "adjustable" I'd proceed to purchase with caution. -100$$

They ship out of country so I'm not pouring more money for a replacement. Lesson learned on how some of their products are made. Hope they can improve on situations like this, cause they do have nice looking pieces, Ecstasy happened to be a bad apple.


Edit after reply: Your "warranty" requires to pay 50% of original purchase, for me that'd be approx 50$, plus shipping/tax out of country. This particular product is just faulty by how it's made. There are no hinges for when someone wants to size to their lip. The material is just gonna wear over so many uses. I'll be moving on from this feedback. Anyone reading, just pay attention to design and if this scenario about resizing/adjustments could play into any pfuture products bought from Vitaly.

Die versprochene hochwertige Ware kam an und was soll ich sagen, Alibaba Qualität. Schlecht gefärbt, Einschlüsse im Metal und sogar schon Rost.
Auf mehrere Nachfragen wurde nicht reagiert. Habe bei Insta Druck gemacht da wurde dann wie folgt reagiert…

4. Let us know if you have shipped your item and please email us a photo of the shipping receipt or tracking number so we can finish your warranty request.

I wish it could be 0 stars because clearly they have no clue what is published on their website! Heads up the LIFETIME WARRANTY is not real. Bought a ring and the stone fell out. They told me...NOT unless I can provide pictures of the item so they can identify it is theirs. IT IS THEIRS and I complied only to receive a an email that they can't find the product on my profile. Well between them constantly changing the names of their products it is impossible to match the profile. Also it was a GIFT! HONOR YOUR PRODUCTS, YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOUR WARRANTY. Garbage products at a premium price with no customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. My package never got past the sorting centre in my country, most likely due to customs forms not being correctly filled out, when I contacted customer service they were so unhelpful, saying I needed to contact the courier, and constantly trying to say this isn’t their responsibility?? Going on 1 month after I ordered, I never received the package and the tracking said it was being returned to sender, customer service was so unhelpful, the package is now in transit back to vitaly and for some reason I have to wait until it arrives for my refund to be processed? For an order I never received? Absolutely awful customer relations, I will never order from them again.

"Unexpected shipping costs; awful customer service"
I recently made a large order from Vitaly (>$1000). One week later, to my surprise, I received a FedEx bill in the mail for $160. Evidently because Vitaly ships from Canada, and I live in the US, the items have to go through customs and are therefore charged a fee that's then passed on to the customer. I reached out to customer service to try and understand what happened and was met with a rude, un-customer friendly response - they said that that's "typical" with importing items, that this is all explained in some help center article (because apparently all customers read their help centers?), and that I'm responsible for the charges. Period. No exceptions. Will never be ordering again and will be telling friends about my terrible experience.

Poor shipping services. Have purchased from Vitaly several times and each time is a different shipping problem. This time they lost the shipment, cannot contact postal office. Refuse to refund and refuse to provide workaround to resolve matter. Buy only if you wish to be disappointed by their abysmal shipping and customer service.

"Lousy shipping services and useless customer service"
Worse shipping experience.

Everytime I buy something from Vitaly, the shopping experience is marred by it’s abysmal shipping experience.

Previous round I was asked to cover the delivery fee outside of their webpage ordering system.

Now said order is lost in transit somewhere on a small island without any explanation nor refund.

Do not buy from them as they will not refund you for their failed delivery service.

"Absolutely gutted with the Customer…"
Absolutely gutted with the Customer Support I have experienced from what was my favourite jewellery brand. I have been getting a gold piece every Christmas for the past 3 years and this time, unfortunately my mum ordered the wrong colour earrings this time. So, I contacted CS to see if I could get an exchange (these only came out the box to take pics of the wrong item). I was met with a solid No with no wiggle room. I'm so sad to say that I can't order from them anymore because if you make a mistake, they don't care. It's not their problem and as a customer for 3 years I thought they would be a little more understanding.

I wanted an exchange for my order as the bracelet was too small, I followed the return address from the confirmation email just to find out it was the wrong address and that there are 3 different addresses all named similarly. As a result my package is stuck in transit since the 19th of DEC and now I'm hearing the item I sent may be returned to me, twice.

"3 weeks and nothing"
I ordered from vitaly on the 3rd December, it is now the 24th December and the package is still being prepared, hasnt even been shipped yet. I havent had any contact from vitaly to say why it is taking so long or to apologise. Poor communication and poor service

I adore my pieces! I got the Cuban chain and the Halo chain and was impressed with the quality. They IMMEDIATELY became staple pieces for me. Also, I purchased them online on a Monday and they arrived 2 days late on Wednesday. Love love love
